Hexagonal prototile
Minimum rotation: 2&pi/3
Generating polyform: 3-hex
Prototile rotation between successive generations: 0 degrees



Matching Rule B:
Hexagonal prototile
Minimum rotation: 2&pi/3
Generating polyform: 3-hex
Prototile rotation between successive generations: 60 degrees



The upper tiling forms an equilateral triangle, while the lower tiling forms a regular hexagon. Both these tilings therefore can be considered supertiles that will tile the plane.
